Where can I find accessible public transport maps?
On the website:
You can find an accessible map (Plan Facile à Lire), the map for wheelchair users, and the Paris map for people with reduced mobility on the "Accessibility of transport, mobility and disability" page.
On the mobile app:
On the app, only the accessible map (Plan facile à Lire) will be available for download. It can be accessed at the bottom of the app's homepage when you click on "Regional Maps", and then download the 4th map from the top, called "Plan Facile à Lire".
You will also find all the information related to the accessibility features of your journey at the bottom of your route sheet (when you select a search result).
