I can't buy my ticket / An error has occurred during purchase. How can I travel?
To avoid troubles during the purchase, please make sure to have a good network connection throughout the purchase, and that you have not mistyped the information requested (credit card number).
In case loading of the ticket fails, whatever the reason, the related payment will be automatically cancelled and you will receive an e-mail confirming the cancellation.
Check your e-mail inbox to see if you have received proof of purchase or proof of cancellation.
For traveling, buy a Navigo pass or magnetic ticket from the vending machine.
Please note: the mobile phone cannot be reloaded in a branch or on vending machines.
