I'm having a problem loading my Navigo pass with my phone
If the ticket you have purchased doesn’t appear on your Navigo pass, it is probably because the ticket has failed to load.
You can solve the problem loading directly from the mobile application under Contact us > Tickets loaded on my Navigo pass / I can't top up my Navigo pass with my phone.
If the ticket is not loaded, the associated payment will be automatically cancelled and you will receive an e-mail confirming the cancellation.
