How do I transfer my tickets between Android phones?

Transferring tickets between Android phones compatible with the service is a two-step process using the Île-de-France Mobilités application and requires you to be connected to your Île-de-France Mobilités Connect account.

On your former mobile phone, you need to backup your tickets in the menu Contact Us > My Phone > I want to save my tickets. Once the tickets are saved, they are deleted from the phone.

To restore your tickets on your new mobile phone, go to Contact Us > My Phone > I want to retrieve the content of an old phone.

If you no longer have your former phone, you will only be able to retrieve the Navigo Monthly and Navigo Week passes, provided that you had previously linked your phone to your Île-de-France Mobilités account from the menu My space > My media.

Please note that it is not possible to transfer tickets from your Android phone to your connected watch, and vice versa.
