How can I receive a proof of purchase?
For each purchase made using Île-de-France Mobilités, Bonjour RATP, SNCF Connect and Samsung Wallet applications, a proof of purchase is automatically sent to the e-mail address you use as your Île-de-France Mobilités Connect identifier or to the address you entered during the payment.
In Île-de-France Mobilités application, you can view your latest purchases from the section My space > Manage my account > My purchase receipts and request to receive again a proof of receipt by mail.
We recommend that you always log on Île-de-France Mobilités Connect when you make your purchase so that you can receive a personal proof of purchase and be able to retrieve it again later from the Île-de-France Mobilités application.
If you have not received your proof of purchase, please ensure that you have a good network connection throughout the purchase and that you have entered the correct e-mail address.
For Navigo Monthly and Weekly passes loaded onto a Navigo pass (except for Navigo Découverte passes), proof of purchase as requested by the employer is also available from https://www.iledefrance-mobilites.fr/je-gere-ma-carte.
For purchases made on Apple Wallet, on iPhone and Apple Watch, the payment transaction is displayed in the Wallet but no proof of purchase is sent by email. To obtain proof of purchase, select the payment card you used when you bought your ticket in the Wallet. Your purchase history will be displayed with the name Service Navigo for your Île-de-France Mobilités ticket purchases.
