How to load my Navigo pass with my mobile phone?

To top up your Navigo pass, you first need to buy a ticket (tickets or pass) on a mobile application. To do this:
- Select the section Purchase > On my Navigo pass, then place your pass at the rear of the phone to view its contents.
Please note: on iPhones, you must click on "Read my pass" before holding the pass on the top of your iPhone. - The application then displays the available tickets and passes on your Navigo pass.
- The application then displays the different tickets available for purchase. You select a ticket and, if necessary, the date, zones and quantity.
- Before paying, you are invited to log on Île-de-France Mobilités Connect to benefit from a number of advantages: registration of your banking card, nominative proof of purchase, simplified purchasing process, access to purchase history, better handling of your after-sales service requests, etc.
- To pay, you need to have a banking card and enter an e-mail address to which the proof of purchase will be sent. This address is pre-filled if you are authenticated on Île-de-France Mobilités Connect. Depending on your mobile phone, you can also use Apple Pay or Samsung Pay.
- Last step: come back to the application after payment!
You will probably have swithched to your banking application to validate the payment. You then need to come back to the ticket purchase application to present again your Navigo pass on the back of the phone to load the ticket you have purchased.
You can now use your Navigo pass to travel!
