How do I buy tickets on my Android phone or Samsung Galaxy Watch?
In order to load a ticket onto your Android smartphone or Samsung Galaxy Watch, an installation step is required.
Once successfully installed, go to the Purchase (or Tickets on some application) home screen :
- Purchase > On my phone > Buy a ticket
- Purchase > On my Samsung Galaxy Watch > Buy a ticket
The application then displays the list of tickets available for purchase (tickets, day tickets and passes). Select the appropriate ticket and, if necessary, the date, zones and quantity.
Before making your payment, you will be asked to log on to Île-de-France Mobilités Connect to benefit from several advantages: registration of payment card, personal proof of purchase, access to your purchases history, better handling of your after-sales service requests, etc.
This authentication is compulsory for the purchase of Navigo Monthly and Navigo Weekly passes, so that you can be identified in case of inspection.
To pay, you need to have a debit or credit card and enter an e-mail address to which the proof of purchase will be sent. This address is pre-filled if you are authenticated on Île-de-France Mobilités Connect. Depending on your mobile phone, you may also pay for your tickets using Samsung Pay.
After payment, the ticket is loaded onto your smartphone or Samsung Galaxy Watch and you can travel with it.
