Loading tickets onto a Samsung Galaxy Watch is only available via Île-de-France Mobilités application
Make sure you have a good network connection and a compatible watch.
If you have any doubts, you can launch again the installation process from the assistance section Contact us > My Phone / I'm having installation problems after logging on to Île-de-France Mobilités Connect.
The application will diagnose your equipment and guide you step by step. If the problem persists, an error message will indicate the problem encountered.
