Why do I need to go through the installation process the first time I use it?

This step is necessary to configure your Android smartphone or Samsung Galaxy Watch in order to securely store your tickets. You will need to install an add-on application depending on your phone model:

• If you have a Samsung Galaxy phone or watch (list on Samsung website), you will need to install the add-on application Ticket sans contact, and the tickets will be stored in a secure element.
• If your Android phone does not have a secure element, you will need to install the add-on application My Navigo Tickets in order to store your tickets. Be careful not to uninstall it or delete its data, as this would result in the loss of your tickets.

These applications must be kept on the phone for the service to work.
