How to install the ticket purchase service on an iPhone or Apple Watch?
To install the service for purchasing and loading tickets onto an iPhone, go to the App Store and download the most recent version of one of the applications that offers ticket purchasing and select the tab Purchase > On my iPhone. You can then choose the first ticket you wish to load onto your iPhone and pay for it. This step requires a good network connection.
Once the payment has been accepted, you will be redirected to the Apple Wallet, which will create a digital Navigo card on your iPhone with the ticket loaded into it.
Once you're back to the mobile application, you can view your ticket from the Purchase (or Tickets) tab or from the Apple Wallet by selecting the Navigo pass.
If your iPhone is connected to a compatible Apple Watch, select the Purchase tab > On my Apple Watch to choose the first ticket to be loaded and pay for, and follow the same process for creating a digital Navigo card on the connected watch.
Then travel using your iPhone or Apple Watch, loaded with a ticket that you will have validated to enter the transport network.
