Where can I buy my Paris 2024 pass?
The Paris 2024 Pass is already available for purchase. It is sold in physical form (loaded onto a Navigo Easy pass) with home delivery via the online sales site.
It will be available in physical form (loaded onto a Navigo Easy pass) at stations or in digital form (on your smartphone) starting in June 2024.
To purchase:
In digital form on a smartphone:
You will be able to purchase your Paris 2024 Pass directly from the Paris 2024 Public Transport app. To do this:
- Go to the "Purchase" tab, then
- Select "on my phone."
Then, follow the purchase process to get the Pass and tap your smartphone directly on the terminals at the station to validate and travel with it.
In physical form on a Navigo Easy pass:
The Paris 2024 Pass is available for purchase:
- On the Paris 2024 Pass sales website for users, with delivery to your home within 30 days from the purchase validation.
It will also be available for purchase:
- At all station and station counters, and at certain ticket machines primarily in major stations starting in June 2024.
- On TGV trains bound for Île-de-France stations.
Once you have your Navigo Easy pass, it will also be possible to purchase the Paris 2024 Pass directly from your Paris 2024 Public Transport app. To do this:
- Go to the "Purchase" tab, then
- Select "On my Navigo Pass"
You will then be asked to place your Navigo Easy pass against the phone to recognize it. Once this step is completed, follow the purchase process and place your Navigo Easy Pass against your phone again to load the Paris 2024 Pass onto it.
The Paris 2024 Pass will then be valid and directly usable at stations.
