What to do if I cannot purchase a t+ ticket, an airport ticket, or a Paris 2024 Pass from the Paris 2024 Public Transport mobile app?

If you cannot access the "Purchase" tab of your Paris 2024 Public Transport app, or if an unexplained error message appears during your purchase attempts, you can contact us directly from the customer service area of the app.  

To do this, select "Contact Us" from the "Purchase" tab or from "My Account" by clicking on "Contact Us" and then "My purchased or subscribed tickets with my phone." 

Note: To contact customer service, you must first create or log in to an Île-de-France Mobilités account. This step allows us to track your request and provide a response.
