Annual Navigo Pass

• Within the areas of validity, this pass is valid on all modes of transport (metro, train, RER, tram, cable and bus including Filéo) with the exception of certain direct airport services (Orlyval, Bus Direct Paris-Aéroport ex-Cars Air France, VEA Disney shuttles) and tourist buses (OpenTour, Cars Rouges).
• It can be taken out, with the possibility of being modified, suspended or terminated at any time:
  - for one year, paid in cash, renewable each year;
  - or without a time limit, by automatic monthly debits (11 direct debits every 12 months).
• It has no expiry date and only the suspension or termination of the pass as defined in Articles 8 and 9 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use of the Annual Navigo Pass in force stops the monthly automatic debit.
• In case of loss or theft, its replacement is immediate and free of charge (2 times a year maximum).

Choice of Validity Zoning

"ALL ZONES" PACKAGE

• It allows you to travel throughout the Île-de-France region (zones 1 to 5), every day.

2-ZONE PACKAGE

• It is valid only in the chosen areas of validity (2-3, 3-4 or 4-5), with the exception of dezoning periods.
• It is "dezoned" on weekends, public holidays, during the short school holidays and during the summer from 15 July to 15 August. It then allows you to travel throughout the Île-de-France.

TO KNOW

• The Navigo Annual pass is reimbursed up to a minimum of 50% by employers to employees for the areas necessary for home-work travel.
• The areas of validity of the Navigo Annual pass can be modified with adjustment of the monthly payments, except for the Senior Pricing which is only available in "all zones".
• The application fee is 7.60 euros at the time of subscription.

Many services are associated with the Navigo Annual pass:

• issuance of lump sum certificates (employer reimbursement, etc.)
• modification of the areas of validity of the pass (except for Navigo Annual Senior Pricing)
• Suspension/resumption and termination of the package at any time
• Replacement of lost, stolen, expired or defective passes
• modification of the Navigo Annual pass (photo, identity)*
• modification of payment methods (except for Navigo Annuel Tarif Senior) or bank details
