On your way to North Paris Arena

A true haven for flora and fauna

On the RER B, hop off one station before North Paris Arena, at Villepinte, and enjoy a 200-hectare oasis of nature at the Parc départemental du Sausset.

Discover a lake, a forest, meadows and woodlands, and even an educational vineyard. The park is also home to a surprising array of flora and fauna, including species rarely found in the Île-de-France region.

On your way to Le Bourget Climbing Venue

Head in the stars

Do you dream of the sky and the stars? Then head to the Air and Space Museum (Musée de l'Air et de l'Espace, in French) in Le Bourget.

Step aboard the legendary Concorde or a Boeing 747, admire the Ariane rockets, the Airbus A380, the Super Frelon helicopter, water bomber aircraft and many other aeronautical marvels.

You can even visit a former control tower.

On your way to the Aquatics Centre

The final resting place of French monarchs

On your way to the Aquatics Centre, continue one more station on the RER D. You will find yourself in the heart of the city of Saint-Denis, gazing in awe at its magnificent Basilica.

Built in the 12th and 13th centuries, the Basilique cathédrale de Saint-Denis houses the tombs of 43 kings, 32 queens and a dozen servants of the French monarchy. In total, the monument offers the opportunity to discover 70 recumbent statues and tombs, as well as magnificent stained glass windows and impressive Gothic architecture.
