I made a mistake when buying a ticket / I won't be using the ticket loaded on my Navigo pass. Can I change the ticket or get a refund?
The tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
The Paris 2024 pass is non-refundable and non-transferable.
The daily, weekly and monthly passes may be fully or partially refunded under certain conditions.
If you have a pass loaded onto your Navigo pass using your mobile phone, you must go to a point of sales (counter, ticket office or agencies) to cancel this pass. You will be given proof of cancellation.
You can then send your request for reimbursement from the mobile application. You must attach proof of cancellation to your request in the section Contact us >Tickets charged to my Navigo pass > Other request.
