I will change my Android phone with some tickets in it. How can I transfer my tickets?

When you change your Android phone, you can save your tickets and restore them on your new phone in two successive steps from the Île-de-France Mobilités application:

  • On your current Android smartphone, you can activate the ticket backup from the section Contact Us > My Phone > I want to backup my tickets. A successful backup will ensure you to recover all your tickets.
  • On your new Android smartphone, you can restore saved tickets from the Contact Us > I want to retrieve content from an old phone.

This backup and recovery mechanism is available between Android handsets compatible with the service.

If there has been no backup and your old phone is no longer available, you will only be able to recover Navigo Monthly and Navigo Weekly passes on your new phone, provided you had previously linked your phone to your Île-de-France Mobilités account via the section My space > My media.

Please note: the Paris 2024 pass is non-refundable and non-transferable.
