I will change my iPhone or Apple Watch with thicket inside. How can I transfer my tickets?

When you change your iPhone or Apple Watch, you can transfer your transport tickets to your new iPhone (or watch) in two successive steps: first save your digital Navigo card and then recover its contents on your new iPhone.

1.     To save the tickets on your iPhone, go to the Wallet on your iPhone, select your digital Navigo card and click on the more button (...) > Card Detail > Delete (at the bottom), which save your tickets.

When tickets are saved, they are deleted from the phone.

2.     Then, to retrieve previously saved tickets, go to the Wallet on your new iPhone, select the (+) button > Previous Card, then select the backup you want to restore.

In the mobile application, the section Contact us > Tickets loaded on my iPhone > I want to recover the content [...] reminds you the procedure to follow.

Please note: the Paris 2024 pass is non-refundable and non-transferable.

The Apple Start-up Assistant, which automatically launches when your new iPhone is placed near your old iPhone, also automatically triggers the backup and transfer of your digital Navigo card(s).
