I made a mistake when buying a ticket or a pass / I won't be using my pass loaded on my phone. Can I exchange my pass or get a refund?

The tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

The Paris 2024 pass is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Other passes may be fully or partially reimbursed under certain conditions.

Before validity start date of a pass, you can cancel it directly from the application in the section Contact us > The tickets loaded in my phone > I won't use my pass.  When you select it, the pass will be deleted from your phone or connected watch and you will be refunded on the debit/credit card used for this purchase.

A refund confirmation e-mail will be sent to you if you made your purchase using a transport application.

A pass for which you have requested refund no longer appears in the transport applications. However, it may still appear in the Apple Wallet. This anomaly will be corrected. The display in Île-de-France Mobilités application will reassure you that the pass has indeed been removed.
