My Navigo Weekly or Navigo Monthly pass no longer appears on the Apple Wallet. Can I still travel?
If you have a valid Navigo Weekly or Navigo Monthly pass on your iPhone or Apple Watch, it may disappear from the display in the Apple Wallet on the last day of validity. This is a display anomaly that will be corrected shortly, but it does not prevent you from validating and in case in inspection it will be OK.
For reassurance, you may check that your pass is still available on the Île-de-France Mobilités application.
