I've reset my Android phone/connected watch. Will I lose my previously purchased tickets?
If you rest your Android smartphone or connected watch, the impact on your tickets depends on their location:
- If your tickets were stored in the add-on application My Navigo Tickets, the reinitialization of your phone has resulted in the loss of the tickets it contained. By reinstalling it, you can continue to use the service, but you will not retrieve your previous tickets, and they will not be refunded.
- You may be able to recover your Navigo Monthly and Navigo Weekly passes if you had previously linked your phone to your Île-de-France Mobilités account from the section My space > My media > Associate this media with my account.
- If your tickets are stored in the secure element of your smartphone or connected watch or in the UICC, simply reinstall your transport application and the add-on application Ticket sans contact to be able to consult the available tickets again, buy others and validate with your phone/watch.
