I've bought a ticket, but it doesn't appear on my smartphone / connected watch

If the ticket does not appear on your smartphone or connected watch, this is probably because loading has failed. In this case, the associated payment will automatically be cancelled, and you will receive an e-mail confirming the cancellation.

If you have not received an e-mail confirming the cancellation, you can ask for assistance in the section Contact us > The tickets loaded in my phone > My tickets are no longer displayed on my phone.
