I've uninstalled my Android application. Will I lose the tickets I've already bought?
If you delete the transport application (Île-de-France Mobilités, Bonjour RATP, SNCF Connect, Samsung Wallet), you will not lose your tickets because they are stored either in the secure element of your phone/connected watch or in the add-on application My Navigo Tickets. You just need to go to Google Play to reinstall the application so that you can consult again the available tickets and buy new ones.
If your tickets were stored in the add-on application My Navigo Tickets, uninstalling it or deleting its data has resulted in the loss of the tickets it contained. If you reinstall it, you will be able to use again the service but you will not retrieve your previous tickets, and they will not be refunded.
If your tickets are stored in the secure element of your phone/connected watch or in the UICC, uninstalling the Ticket sans contact add-on application does not delete the tickets: you simply need to reinstall the application to be able to consult the available tickets again, buy others and validate with your phone or connected watch.
