What do I do if the service is installed on both the UICC card and the Android phone?

In some very specific cases, the service may be installed both in the UICC card and in the secure element of the phone or in the add-on application My Navigo Tickets.

If the service is present in several locations, the application allows you to select the one you wish to access. Once you have selected the location, the application will display its contents and any new purchases will be loaded into that location.

However, when validating and inspection, Android may still ask you to select the location to be used. If you want to avoid this step, on some phones you can force the location used for future validations in the phone's NFC settings:

• Select "UICC card" to validate tickets stored on the UICC card;
• Select "Integrated secure element" so that validation is carried out on tickets stored in the secure element of the phone;
• Select "Android operating system" to validate tickets stored in the My Navigo Tickets add-on application.
