What should I do if my Android phone or connected watch is lost or stolen?

If the lost/stolen phone and the new phone are Android smartphones compatible with the service, then you may recover your Navigo Monthly or Navigo Weekly pass, provided you had previously linked your phone to your Île-de-France Mobilités account from the section My space > My media. To attempt the recovery, go to the section Contact Us > My Phone > I want to retrieve the contents of an old phone.

Otherwise, if your new phone is not compatible with the service, or if it is your watch that has been lost or if your lost phone was not associated with your account, send your request for a refund on another device via the transport application in the section Contact Us > My phone > My Phone > My phone has been stolen/lost or via the Île-de-France Mobilités website.

In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Use for transport tickets, only Navigo Monthly and Navigo Weekly passes are eligible for partial reimbursement.
