Where can I find my support number?
In case of an after-sales service at a ticket office or branch, the transport operator’s agent may ask you for your ticketing device number. This number is mentioned on the proof of purchase sent by email:

In the Apple Wallet, select the digital Navigo card. The number on your card is the Service ID, accessible from the more button(...) > Card Number
In Samsung Wallet, select Navigo Région Ile-de-France to display the tickets loaded on your phone and the support number at the bottom.
