Are public transports in Île-de-France accessible to people with disabilities?

Depending on the type of accessibility need, several transport options are available for users. Here you can find the dedicated page on the Île-de-France Mobilités website for accessibility.

To find accessibility features directly from your route search:

From the Île-de-France Mobilités website:

From the "route" section in the "Getting around" category on the website, you can select various "accessibility features" criteria, including information on accessibility facilities for each suggested route (station assistance, audio announcements, elevators, etc.) or find a route suitable for a wheelchair user.

Simply click on "save these accessibility features" for the selected criteria to be saved.

Elevator availability:

On this page, you can find a list of lines accessible by elevator. Select the line you are interested in to get a description of the elevator status at each stop.

From the Paris 2024 Public Transport app:

On your route search results page, click the top right of your screen to access settings. You can then indicate if you are a wheelchair user and select an accessible route.

More generally, when you select a result in your route search, all accessibility options for the stations you will be traveling through are presented. A toll-free phone number is also available: Infomobi 09 70 81 82 85 to assist you with your travel (available from 7 AM to 10 PM, 7 days a week except May 1st).

For wheelchair users

If, when purchasing your ticket for one or more events, you indicated that you are a wheelchair user, an email with a link to the reservation center was sent to you. With this link, you can book a shuttle to take you directly to your competition venue. A page with all the information about these shuttles is already available.

Note: This service is charged and not included in the purchase of a Paris 2024 Pass. Find all the information about this service on the designated page.
